Caresse is our global baby bodysuit collection, fulfilled via Gelato's worldwide print network. All Caresse bodysuits come in three sizes. These are the exact garment measurements as provided by Gelato:

India Shop Tees are available in two age ranges. All measurements are in inches and taken flat. Final size may vary by ±0.5 inches.

Do you accept returns?
Yes! We offer a no-questions-asked 7-day return policy on small orders — specifically orders with a single design and fewer than 10 items.

Note: Bulk orders of 10 or more items are not eligible for returns. All sales are final for bulk orders.
What if I receive a wrong item?
At ekamVerse, we take great pride in our efficient, professional fulfilment process and this is not something we expect to happen. However, if you do receive an item different from what you ordered, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item received at care@ekamverse.in or WhatsApp +91 63004 69523.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping across India on all orders. Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on your location, as orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print partners.
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We ship pan-India through our trusted fulfilment partners. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

How long does shipping take?

How do you deliver international (global) orders?
For orders shipped outside India, we use Gelato — a global print-on-demand network with printing facilities in 30+ countries. This means your order is printed and fulfilled by a local print partner near you, not shipped from India.
Here's what that means for you:
- ✅ Faster delivery — printed locally, so no long international transit times
- ✅ Lower shipping costs — no cross-border freight charges
- ✅ Reduced customs risk — produced within your country or region
- ✅ Same design, same quality — every item is made to the same specifications regardless of where it's printed
Once your order is placed, it is automatically routed to the nearest Gelato print facility. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Are the fabrics safe for newborns?
Yes! All Sparsh rompers are made from super combed 100% cotton, 180 GSM — soft, breathable, and gentle on delicate newborn skin.
How should I wash the rompers?
Wash inside-out in cold water and dry on low heat. Flip inside out before ironing to protect the print.
Are your products safe for children?
Safety and quality are our top priorities in children's wear. We use kid-safe, non-toxic inks and printing techniques that comply with international safety standards. Our clothing is sourced from reputable manufacturers specializing in children's apparel to ensure comfort, durability, and ease of care.
